Mudcrab Merchant. Where is he?

I have played this game for a long while with many characters. I have searched many places but i can't find him! Could someone please give clear direct instructions to the location of the Mudcrab Merchant?

Use Search Function

This question is asked about every other week. Just use the forum "SEARCH" function (found at the top of the page between the faq and home buttons) to find previous threads about Mudcrab. Most of those will deal with finding him.
