Need a hand . . . how do I use the Control Panel to add an item to my inventory?

I know it can be done, I had to do it once before when an artifact I needed never showed up on the main quest . . .
in this case, I used a potion out of order and if I don't add it to my inventory, I'm going to have to start the whole game over because I don't have a back-up save before I drank the potion.

P.S. Is anyone else in here playing the "Sword of Pyrithia" mod?

player->additem " the id of the item"

press ~ to open up the console

the only way to find out the id is to use the cs...

that mod is pretty great, ass sludge hahsahahhahahhahah
