@Gwally, seems to work, but for some reason it did not for me.

Hang on, let me try here.

The interface sure is smooth, but I liked the old color scheme better. Can't Buck configure that one again?

Whoa! Image Freaketh me out! Image
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

I thought I wound up on the wrong forum this morning :o

I pretty much echo everyone else. I like black, and the avs look better on the side......however, in another year or so when it's changed again, I figure to complain about missing the nice white background and all too :D

It is indeed smoother and faster now.

However, probably like most people here, I liked the former colours better. I think they were really classy. I feel nostalgic

*sigh* I hope Buck considers reverting back to the old color scheme if it is doable ;)

Same here.

Well, at least the "quote" "post reply" and "new thread" buttons are the same :p

But then I can't play BG anymore :( :p

By the way, am I the only one who's getting such a pile of emails from subscribed threads all of a sudden??

Don't worry, the old colors will be coming back. It just takes a long time to set up a whole new style - especially with all the additional options and changes that are available to me now.

Don't you automatically subscribe to a thread when you post a reply?
Or is that just me??
Wow! I was certainly surprised when I clicked into the forums this morning!

But I have to admit... I feel awfully nostalgic for the old colours.. I liked the black and gold with the unforgettable logo ;)
I second them both. Surprised and a feeling of 'OMG, where is the black and gold scheme???'

It is a lot nicer, a lot better and the message text displayed on the sent mail is nice as well, cause allows you to 'filter' access.

And it seems to be VERY easier to load - and that could mean better server.

It will take a while to get used to the new colors and buttons positions...

BTW, Buck, can you return the gold and yellow???

- Edit: I had not read mr Buck's reply before... Thanx DW and Buck!!! :D

Yes, it is cool to see the sent mail display.. erm.. but I can't see the "reply button" :o Is this just me being dense? :o

lol! Don't include me in your thanks to Buck, I had nothing to do with the concept of reverting back to the old scheme. :)

@Sytze look at the thread subscription pull down when you go to reply and see what it has by default. You might have to change that to Do Not Subscribe.

Ohh, right, never knew that was there....I'm guessing the old forum had that nifty ability too?

I knew being lazy had to have its downsides! :D

It has to do with how many times you visit the forum.
if one person reply's in a subscribed thread, you get 1 e-mail.
if 2 persons reply you still get 1 email, untill you visit the forum. Then you will get another.

(some other forums have 1 email for every reply, but luckily that isnt the case here at Gamebanshee)
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
