help with xachariah/ severed arm quest

Hi,

I just started playing PST again after more than two years absence, and while reading some walthrus (just to get up to date, mind you) I learned about the xachariah/ severed arm quest, which I never found the first ten or so times I played years ago.

Right now I took the severed arm to fell's, made Dak'kon translate, got him to lie, got him to confess his lies (for a nice amount of XP), and got him to promise he'd tell me the rest as soon as we were out of the dabus' earshot.

Well now I'm outside the tattoo parlor, I've already exhausted all conversation options available to Dak´kon at least twice, and the damn severed arm/ old companions subject does not pop up anywhere. Am I missing a step? Is there any way in Baator I'll make Dak'kon tell me the rest of the story? Barring that, is there any other way to get Xachariah's name?
