Frostbrand

Post by Chris Boney »

Hello !

First I want to keep this post short, because I don't want to ruin this forum. But is there any possibility to get Frostbrand and Defender back again after this sequence where the mage appears and tells you to hand them out?

Thanks in advance but I need an answer quick!

Thanks! I'll try that with Viconia. She was standing near the stairs to bodhi's lair after I came out. Maybe I can convince her to join quickly, give her the stuff and kick her out of the party before the mage finishes his dimension door sequence where he appeared.

No use ! I tried everything, as long as I have one pieces of Drizzt equip in my inventory in any one member of my group, this stupid mage will appear and demand from me to give them back. Not even dropping them down to the floor while talking to him does help, he will pursue me everywhere as long as I carry one of those. This seriously ruins my fun!!!
The only thing I haven't tried yet with spell reflection, maybe he will get angry and cast 'imprision' on me, which would then *hopefully* get him imprisioned. hehehe
Too bad Bioware didn't want us to have these fine pieces of equipment anymore on our party.

f you want them that bad, you can always just make another Frostbrand with a different ID number by using a editor program.

Just imagine naming yourself Drizzt then cheating to get his weapons. What would happen when he shows up to kick your butt for stealing his name and you two are going toe-to-toe with the same weapons...?

You use the same editor and give Frostbrand a 10d10 dmg +10 dmg with Stun, Level Drain, Slow, Self Haste and Self Regen.
