IEEP (again)

I know its been up quite some times now, but i really need that program

Does any of you guys have it, and wants to send it to me? I would really appreciate your help

Though I have IEEP installed I don't have the installation file anymore and I doubt it's the latest version

I'll try to simply put the IEEP folder into a .zip file and hope it works anyway, but if it's over 2mb you're out of luck because my mail provider doesn't allow such large attachements.
