Bloodskaal Sword

I recently was exploring caves in Solsthiem and I came across a cave where I found pieces of Stahlrim as well as a sword called bloodskall. A journal entry was added as soon as I picked up this sword, and I thought it sounded familiar, but I don't remember where I was told about this sword. Any tips on what to do with this sword would help, as well as an explanation of where I heard of it before.

i am pretty sure you get the bloodskaal sword if you SPOILER!

become cheiftain of thirsk. that could be differnt though... what was the journal entry?

Something like 'I have found a sword on my travels. I am not alone.' Something appears in the tomb with you and you have to kill it to get out I think.

What do you do with it though?I had it for so long and I've found no use for it.Useless if you ask me.Probably has no reason.
