Light...Medium...Or Heavy Armour?
What do you guys like? Personally I like Heavy armour, just beacuse i know where i can get full ebony and daedric sets... I have never explored light armours, but i think Glass is the best, or one of the best. I normally use the Lords Mail and Daedric. But does anyone else suggest a different armor type? If so, why?
Don't tell me where its at, let me explore for it as thats the only thing i have left to do before i start a new character.
Thanks for any suggestions

Whatever you like. If you're power-gaming heavy armor is the way to go, but light offers less weight on-the-hoof. Medium is good if you want a strategic challenge, since finding the good stuff is difficult (unless you note down exactly where to go). You might even want to consider light and medium/heavy: the former to train in agility, the latter in endurance. There aren't many skills that train up endurance. Lugging several hundred pounds' worth of armor certainly qualifies.

glass is nice but I dont really take a side when it comes to a type of armour Im always open to new types and I try to stay even when it comes to skill level with the armour but still Im open to new things I find, but so far I really havnt found a better medium than orcish wich reminds my of samuri armour.
And yes it is Maruchan like the noodles

Armors
Any of you guys been able to go to Mournhold and get yourself custom made armor, like admantium armor? Ebony armor is cool, but I think Dark brotherhood armor is perfect for assassination attempt. Useful if you are a member of Morag Tong. It's light armor and gives more protection then any average light armor in Vvardenfall. Admantium armor is medium armor. I haven't found any admantium ore, so I can't make a whole set. that would be very nice to have.

there is an ebony tower shield ripe for the taking on a desk in ghostgate, and as for medium armour, royal guard armour (exp only) is best and best looking PINK GODAMMIT!!

at heavy armour skill 100 (god bless slaughterfish and npc's with daggers and no magick) it is 200 armour rating, i think it weighs 26, but don't quote me on that. ghostgate is a place where you have to walk too only, but in the towers of dawn and dusk, there are nice (semi-)friendly ppl. (in the way that ordinators are only semi-friendly, not half of them are aggressive). it is on one of the desks, downstairs. in another room there is some lass armour +longsword to chav as well

Like I just wrote, please, let's keep to the subject created, above: whether light, medium or heavy armor is better. If you want to start a new topic, do so. I've just gotten through removing yet-another post trying to move this topic away into something else, and I've got better things to do. Thank you.

First of all, the topic of this thread presumes everybody uses some kind of armor, and no-one would go with unarmoured as their main protection. Surely there are unarmoured fans... anyone?
Personally I have never chosen to use heavy armor. It's so... eh, heavy Considering how much loot you collect all the time while wandering at Morrowind I don't like the idea of my armor taking half of my carrying capacity. Of light and medium armor I sometimes use light, sometimes medium. The most powerful light armor, glass, looks pretty stupid to me so I normally like medium better (adamantium is nice). Last character I've played uses light and unarmoured however. I thought it would be nice to have only saviours hide and boots of blinding speed, and no other armor. But I need some more CE sanctuary cloths to be able to play like that.
