with tactics they can see invisible and target.
regular game I am not sure they can see invisible(kinda only play with tactics)

They can see, although the lich at the crooked crane cant start dialog, and that means no spellcasting as well.
They cant cast a few spells, the ones that requires targets, but will cast summonings and area effect spells like Timestop, skulltrap and stinking clouds.

Critical hits improve Sarevok's deathbringer atacks too.

False, Deathbringer attacks are due to chance. Crits have nothing to do with them...
At least, thats from my own experience.

I think he means: do you create more damage with a critical hit Deathbringer Assault than with a normal Deathbringer hit?
If that's the question then my answer is "false".
