The Pocket Plane Group has several "one day NPCs" on their website, which you don't include. You might want to check their listings (and others) in the mod sticky thread, under BG2/SoA.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
what is the diference between normal npc mods and one day npc mods?I have one 1 day npc mod dont remember the name is phoere a fighter/mage don't know....
The One Day NPCs were all (allegedly, anyway, there are exceptions) designed and developed in a single day. It's explained on the page. It's a challenge and creative exercise.
While that may sound kinda sucky, I know that some of them have more content than other NPCs that have been put out without that sort of tag. My One-Day NPC, Ghareth, has a bunch of banters and interjects, an epilogue, voicing, and so forth.

Or temporarily let some of your other party NPCs go (that is, those who don't object), so Gareth "grows" quickly. Besides, you didn't ask for party NPCs you'd like--you just wanted to know what other party NPCs were available, beyond those you named.

I'm surprised. Ghareth's fighter levels give him adequate starting HP compared to many of the other mages you can start out with in the game, and it's my experience that players really enjoy any opportunity they can to hear the level-up brrrrrring!
Frankly, just giving Ghareth some scrolls to memorize will pop him up a couple of levels lickety-split.
