Idea for mod

I recently downloaded the Pack Guar mod, and i got sick watching my Guar getting stuck in a bush or someones chest. I have 2 ideas for better and easier extra inventory space, but i don't have modding skills so i'm looking for someone who wants to try such a mod or knows a link to a modding forum. Idea #1 is a pack flyer (like a cliff racer) who solves the getting-stuck-everywhere problem. Second idea is a Bag of Holding (like that in Baldurs Gate 2), which could be accomplished in morrowind by making a portable shop which always weights a fixed amount. Thanks in advance
