Umm..if you look at the map that came with the game..it is the little black X that is the the east of Vivec..more specifically..if you find the Mzahnch ruins that are to the north-east of Vivec..the mudcrab is on a tiny island just to the southeast of the ruined island.

for my lvl 16 it wasnt really a good loot, although i got 600k and have alot more daedric to sell

back on topic...get azuras star and enchant stuff using an enchanter then sell the enchanted item
