I just made this feat up in the last five minutes plz feel free to criticize,

It's OK...just a little cheap and unrealistic. They would need the opponent to have no armor for one and if you are goin to go through with this idea, then make the save against it more reasonable, like 1d10+str mod. If it is str mod d10, then it will be in the range of 4-40 with the minimum str required. Also make the save a REF, because he's trying to make the opponent not get the organ (dodging), not taking physical damage before the organ pulling. Don't take any offence by my suggestion...it's just what I think would make it better.
So I offer you respect, and it will take much for you to lose it. But if you do, if you choose to see it as weakness and seize upon your perceived advantage, well...perhaps I'll then let you talk with Guenhwyvar.

It's very overpowered.
If a enemy has a 100 hp, but get's his hart ripped out, he dies.
It's the same with placed hits, a character can't deside if he wants to hit the head or an arm. It would simply deal to much damage or completly disable a strong opponent.
