looking but can't find

my brother is looking for some necklace in oakville to give to the daughter of the mayer in another town (i think) to make her his wife and he can't find it anywhere. anyone who knows what he is talking about please tell me so i can tell him. (he dosn't live with me so i haven't a clue... he also doen't have internet which is why he comes to me...)

the necklace is in oakvale, if he heads to the cemetary there will be two guys, the thieves, talkin about it. Ya have to sneak up up on them and listen for where they hid it. It is in oakvale, but i'll let him let the thieves tell him exactly where

OK. I'm having a problem locating the dead pirates treasure, which is supposed to be on the beach somewhere. I've dug almost everywhere and between the two boats extensively. So where the hell is this spot?

The dead pirates treasure.
1) First dig next head to the pier in Oakvale. Head down the left side of the pier facing the water. The dig icon should come up.
2) Go give that to his wife.
3) Go see the pirate again
4) Go dig up the rest of his treasure, its in the Memorial Garden, not the beach.
