fable: im lost

im stuck at the clifftop path quest someone plstell me how i can get a bandit uniform :confused:

you have to get by them before you can get a bandits outfit. I got through by using my bow, and taking, the first guy, the last guy and middle guy out in that order.It takes a few tries to get their pattern down, but its easy

I'm stuck at the same spot. I tried your idea, beronica, and it didn't work for me. The instant I fired they closed the gate. Any other ideas?

I believe Beornica's advice was for the area just ahead of you.

To get past the very first gate, you must first kill all three bandits that patrol the area. Next, run and sit behind the big rock in front of the gate until the timer runs out and more guards are sent out to patrol the area. Let those guards walk past the rock, then sneak behind them while their backs are turned and run through the open gate.

nope lol, I used my bow on the guards before the gate. I had my guile at about 3, I got the first guy, then the last guy ( stood behind the first rock and hit him from over the fence), then the middle guy. Then I just walked on through....
