How do I collect on the bounty?

How do I collect on the bounty?

I was informed in cauldera that there is a bounty out on the lady with the boots of blinding speed. I killed her now who do I talk to to collect?

Who told you about this bounty?You could talk to a gaurd.Or a noble official guy in power or somyhing like that.
And lo ye must learn of the great war that raged fo a couple of posts and brought the citadel momentaraly to its knees

I tend to appear briefly and disappear very quickly after that, try not to let it bother you.

As far as i have been able to tell, you are unable to collect the bounty. The only place i can suggest asking is the governers hall in Caldera. Apart from that, just be glad for the boots :rolleyes: :D
