I've already ried to post on this, Chloe NPC MOD, but got no response.
Is there anyway to clue her or cheat her in on a an already inprogress game?
She sounds so fun.

Don't just make new threads. If no one has replied, bump after a few days, if still none, then just accept that no body knows the answer.

How about going into your BG directory and searching for something that makes sense such as "chloe" ... just check before you ask, personally I don't know.

AFAIK, nope. She's in the Air Plane prison in the Irenicus Dungeon, and the developer states on their website that if you don't get her then, you miss out. Best bet would be to start a new game and pick her up at the beginning.

wait a sec though... Chloe is still a character file.... so why not use SK and throw her in?
Ima go see if I can make it work

EDIT: Ok SK sorta works but its a pain.
A different idea would be to teleport back to the air prison using CLUA console and pick her up.
