Tazok

I've started a new game in BG2 trying to rebuild an Invoker mage that I lost during a format, this time I started a multiplayer version so I could build my own custom group which I love very much right now..but I found something strange..

On the Firkraag quest, where you re-kill Tazok, I found a 'Sewer Key' item, the item description was as follows..

"This key has a faint but foul odor clinging to it, like that of the sewers. There are no sewers within the halls where you found the key. The lock that this key opens will have to be found elsewhere."

My first instinct was to check the SoA walkthrough on Gamebanshee, but I found no link to this item and thus have no clue where it goes to. I don't really want to comb the entire city sewers searching for this one door, in the case I might get something worthless like a small sword +1 or something like that..anyone have a clue as to where it goes? If so, where does it lead?

Also, where can I sell that damnable Flail of the Ages +3, from the De'Arnise quest?
Its taking up space. :(

First off, the "entire" city sewers aren't that big. and if you do the Unseeing Eye quest you have to clear them out anyways.

**Spoiler**

It is a very important key since it leads to and illithid base in the sewers of Athlatka. In this base you will find the hammer of thunderbolts, or something like that. This is the hammer that you later upgrade to crom faer with the right components. So it is def. worth it since crom faer, in my opinion is the best weapon of the game.

But its a tough fight, so you may want to leave it for after chap.5, and come back and kill them to get the hammer.
