seducing vampire npc?

Apparently it is possible to seduce Jeanette if you play the game right and have some points in seduction (which I didn’t have first time I played)
Anyway while I was planning on making a new and highly seductive vampire to try this potion! Then I remembered that when I played the game in the Hollywood area I did everything the Toreador vamp VV ask me for! As a reward she gave me a photo of her and said I had a stolen her heart or whatever and she proceeded to sent me a few annoying email babbling about how she felt she could open up to me!!
So do anyone know how to seduce VV? while Jeanette just seems to be loose in general VV seems to get feeling for my vampire character! Any way to take that affection to the next level? Don’t get me wrong, I'm not into that kind of thing in games but it would be cool to see what happens!!
