2 houses

Hey. How do you join 2 houses at once. I killed Orvas dren. Then when i talked to his brother about Dren he just ackknowledges that they are related. I want to join hiallu, but i wanted to try redoran. So how do i get into hiallu

SPOILER (highlight to read): You must have killed the two guys in Dren's basement (this is part of a theives guild and Morag Tong mission) there is a note on the shelf. Show this to the Duke and you gain instant access to house Hlallu.

However this was sorted with a patch, and so it won't work for newer versions i.e. the GotY edition.
