looking for dark plate chest piece

hey im looking for the dark plate chest piece to complete my dark evil blackness persona. I saw one at the area but did not have enouigh money to buy it and i was asuming i could re-enter later and now i cant. Does anyone know anywhere else I can buy this dark plate chest piece? it has 400 D if that helps narrow it down.

Twinblade's Camp: purchased from merchant

Any of these have it.

If either of those fail to have it or you find that it is far too expensive to its real value then you can try the merchants at oakvale, darkwood camp and bowerstone south.
