Vvardenfell Main Quest - Vampires

Post by USATwitch »

Just something that has been bothering me... Does anyone know if you can still get the vampire disease after you complete the main quest on Vvardenfell? After you kill Dagoth Ur and all that crap. Anything would be helpful..

The answer is no, because after the point where you infiltrate Illunibi (Or whatever the cr@p it's called) and are cursed with corprus by Dagoth Gares, you are immune to all diseases which, although pretty sweet, unfortunately makes you also immune to the kind of hemophilia which evemtually leads to vampirism. You can, however, become a werewolf at one point during the Bloodmoon main quest, regardless of whether you are immune to disease or not.

Trust me, being a werewolf is alot more practical, in that you can still talk to people and barter/train etc. (while not in your true form), whereas EVERYONE will hate you when you're a vamp and there's no way to hide it (except for that mod which makes it so wearing full helms to hide your face will prevent people from knowing the truth) (or the mod vampire realism)

If you are on PC i would recomend this plugin..

Vampire Blood by DarkLordSigma

Like many Morrowind players, I'm dissapointed to not be able to become Vampirised after completing the main quest (you see, my Bosmer's disease resistanse is up to 175%). Which is why I bring you this mod. This mod adds 3 new items; Vial of Aundae Blood, Vial of Burne Blood, and Vial of Quarra Blood. Drink it and *poof!* You get infected with Porphoric Hemophelia! Tested and Retested, no errors found. All meshes are original to the game, all made by Bethesda.

You can find it on Morrowind Summit...
There is other plugins too..

I'm on X-box.. maybe i'll try that spell thing..see if that works. A Lvl 37 wood elf is what I use..and they have resistance to disease :( . Thanks for the replies..maybe i'll get lucky and figure something out like i usually do.

EDIT: Oh yeah maybe you can tell me what I need to make one of those spells? :x thanks again heh :D
