It was very early and I was very tired so I could have missed something but I couldn't progress through this part. I've got past all the shadows, ghasts, mummys etc but when I get to the temple with the diseased fellows the are stopping me from killing the winged demon inside the temple!!! Im stuck, can anyone give me a clue please?

Just insist that you want to help them and they'll eventually allow you to go into the temple.
