uhh, i think i read somewhere that suggesting emulators is breaking a rule on GB... i may be mistaken but i could swear i read that some... where...
where in my post do i suggest downloading or getting an emulator Maxi? i simply ask if he has been able to find one, not that he should download it.. And since CM owns the game it's perfectly legal for him just FYI... li'l-traitor :D ;) :p

the emulators are easy to find, but the roms are very hard, since the files usually aren't there anymore or smth like that, unless one knows a site that doesn't have that problem.. of course, this is for those only who have the original games, so that maxi can take it easy
Baldur's Gate II, no doubt. The very first and the very best RPG I've ever played. My heart was broken when I finished it, really :( It was like finishing a very long book, felt like I don't want to leave just yet, I want to be back, back in the story... No matter how many times I play it all over, it's not the same when you know where to go... I can't imagine anything could beat it. For me, it was the adventure.
Amen to that. Baldur's Gate II was life for me for a couple of months...it's the reason I came here in the first place! Beating it almost felt like losing, for some reason. I've all but sworn off gaming now, because nothing can compare. ;) :D

Anyway, hey Locke! Nice to see you again - believe it or not, I did wonder where you were...it's pretty easy to pick out your posts because of the awesome DCI avatar ;) .
I sincerely wish we could re-consider this plan from a perspective that involved pants.

Mag: Don't remember much at all of last night do you?
Me: put simply.... No :D
Mag: From what I put together of your late night drunken ramblings? Vodka, 3 girls, and then we played tic-tac-toe and slapped each other around.

The pain that you probably share, too - that after finishing BGII, life seems so meaningless and empty... Come, brothers and sisters, and let us dedicate a moment of silence to the greatest Game of all times...

LOL - nice joke, but you're completely off on that one! Zelda can't hold a CANDLE to the holy grail of gaming that is BGII. That's like comparing an 8-track player (representing Zelda) to a iPod (representing BGII). Let us indeed take a moment to observe the passing of the "awesomeness" that was Minsc and Boo.

Anyway.
I sincerely wish we could re-consider this plan from a perspective that involved pants.

But we must remember our roots (zelda) to fully appresietate (sp?) what has yet to come (BGII)

The two can't be compared as they are both totally different.
They are great in their unique way. The rest is your opinion.

Rob-hin, I've just realized what's in your avatar! Man, that's two GIRLS kissing! Isn't that "sexually explicit"?! (See Forum Rule #3) :p There are kids among us! (Well, COMM kids, but still... Let the COMMies teach them bad things...)

c'mon brynn two women(especially B&T) kissing each other is a beautiful thing :D :D :p

not so sure about the pic with castor?&khaggoth, don't really fancy that pic myself but that's just me..

i've only played the first zelda ever, and i didn't like it too much.. but bg2 was good, although after the last battle i was disappointed at how easy it finally was.. i expected a huge battle/mayhem/evisceration in both sides and explosions so big that even gods would duck&cover but no.. i was shivering (from excitement and from the thrill) knowing this is it, the last battle and then it was over.. much much easier than the one against sarevok in bg1.. :( but great game nonetheless

I think what Brynn is trying to say, is it is not what she'd choose for her own avatar ;)

but let's get back to teasing CM and pepsimaxi :p :p :D :D

@Rob: your avatar is a piece of art, i only wish that i would have had the audacity to ask such a thing, alas i thought smth like that was forbidden, i hope you'll never change it...

@TW: thanks, atleast someone wondered where i was(i won't say missed me, since that would be overexaggerating at it's finest :o )

Notice that you had to SAY you were speechless...hmm.

Locke: Oh yes, let's resume the verbal bombasting of Maxi! Genius, sheer genius I say!
