problem with Enemy of My Enemy Quest

Yeah, I finished the hell at hotel hallobrook quest (quite difficult) and Ming Xao talked to me and I went up to the Prince, got my money, and he said to go visit the anarchs. I went to go talk to the Anarchs, but they're not at the Last Round, and I checked my quest log and I noticed it didn't have me as starting another quest. Looking at the walkthrough, I guess that Beckett is supposed to talk to me, but he hasn't. How can I fix this? Anyone else have this problem?

Damsel is the anarch you should talk to. Also Beckett should approch you about the time you get close to the tremere haven on the way to see Damsel.
