Why would you even want to? They are one use.

Arrows have a very low enchant value, so there's no point in making them yourselves. If you're a pc player, download the FQ Fletcher mod and buy the Cruel Poisonbloom Arrows, they inflict 25 to 75 poison damage.

At an enchanter. Try the wood elf in the Balmora Guild of Mages or Miun-Gei in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks.

Why does that make a difference? I have seen enchanted throwing stars (even used them myself).

I never really got the hang of enchanting things myself (it also seems really expencive) so tend to buy enchanted stuff from dealers.

The problem with enchanting arrows is that you have to enchant EACH one. So if you have a stack of 99 arrows, you have to enchant ALL of them individually. So you would need 99 soulgems.

So there really is no use to enchant arrows unless you like the tedium of doing the same thing over and over again.

Since, being on Xbox, you don't have access to any archery mods, I would suggest, instead of trying to enchant individual arrows, that you find a bonemold bow and enchant it with something like CE fortify agility. If you want to create a ranged magic attack you are better to enchant a ring with a combination of spell effects that cast on strike, on target. Not as much fun as enchanted arrows, but *much* less tedious than filling up 100 or so soul gems and then individually enchanting each one.

There are also a lot of good arrows that can be found in various places.. I like the ones that skeleton archers use. Dire Viperarrows I think. Also some darts in a thieve's guild quest and in bloodmoon in the evil side of the raven rock quests there's a super arrow, but you may not be able to complete the quest without it.

if you have the goty edition, you can go to mournhold and get a ton of dwarven darts...they do enough damage you dont need enchantments on them. failing that there is an unltd supply of enchanted arrows. you need a high speechcraft or freny humanoid spell though. get an imperial archer mad at you so he attacks. you kill him, take his 20 arrows, then move on to his buddy and repeat. once you've cleaned out a fort, come back a few days later (or when you run outof arrows) and do it again.

edit : telvanni sharpshooters carry 10 ebony arrows each as well. kinda fun to use.

Well, you could use Azura's star and summoned creatures over the course of a few days (still a bit long, but fairly simple)

i agree with dairy, if ur really good at marksmen then u should just get the dwarven darts, as the do alot of damage already, although im about 80 marksmen and i can kill just about everything in a couple of shoots with normal steel arrows, and u can find heaps of arrows in boxs and barrels usually about 250 in each barrel, so if ur any good at theiveing just steal them, much easier than killing people and less risky
