Crash to desktop in clinic

Have read a lot of forum, but havent found this problem. I am playing through for the third time and did not have this problem before. This time as a Gangrel. When I try to enter the room in the clinic where Heather is at my game crashes to desktop. Im playing on a comp with P4 2.4 ghz, 1024 RAM, NVIDIA gforce 4...

Well, since its a new crash, this is certainly strange. My recommendation? Update graphics drivers. If that doesn't work, reinstall the game (make sure to backup your saves) and reinstall, put the patch on, and try again. That's all I can think of right now

Could just be a random crash it happens to me on occasion. I usualy reload my last save and go from there.

If it only happened once to you it's probably not a bug. I had two CTDs until now, and those only after I played for hours. Probably only overheating.
