Frustrated

I know this question has been asked and answered BUT I read all answers and tried them but I still can't open the stupid door in the ming quest. I push and run at it but it just jiggles and doesn't move an inch what am I doing wrong PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

The bar can get "stuck" One solution that worked for me and others is to make sure all the ninjas in the room are taken care of and then save and reload which resets the bar. You can't grab the bar, you have to push the bar sticking out with your body the way you want it to go. The other surefire solution is to add the -console to your shortcut, load the game, use the tilde ~ key to open the console and type noclip and you can walk through the door. Use the tilde key and noclip on the other side to turn it off. Good luck
