Constatly crashes to windows (no spoilers)

Has anyone been afflicted with constant crashes to windows whenever a new area is being loaded? It happens to me every 20 minutes. Also whenever i go in to the game it starts up in windows mode, meaning i can see my desktop while the game is running, this is remadied by changing the resolution but is getting to be annoying because of the constant crashes.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Mine has done that a few times too.. and it also starts up in windowed mode most of the time.. my guess is that it's just a bug in the game. KOTOR1 crashed a lot whenever I would go down into the Shadowlands on Kashyyyk.. never did figure out why. Make sure your graphic card drivers, sound drivers, and DirectX (9.0c is the newest) are up to date. If it still does that, then all you can do is hope that a patch will be released soon that will fix the issues for good.

I can't really help you with the crash problem, but I can help you with the fullscreen problem.
Open swkotor.ini thats in the root of SWKOTOR2 folder. Find where is says "fullscreen=0" and change it to "fullscreen=1" save the file and voila. There is two "fullscreen=" entries in the .ini file be sure both of them is set to "fullscreen=1".

That should do it
