I'm assuming your talking about the new Zelda game from Gamecube. I believe its planned for summer 2005.
I'm looking forward to it, it looks more like Zelda: The Ocarina of Time than Zelda: The Wind Waker, which is a good thing IMO.

Getting more health is part of most games but his weapons/spells/movements don't improve, he gets different swords but most games have this. The closest thing to a Zelda RPG is 'The Legend Of Zelda: TheAdventure Of Link'
I'd argue that te Zelda series is not even remotely close to an RPG. If anything, it's an adventure game, much in the same sense that Resident Evil is an adventure game.
