Display Issues

My LCD monitor keeps on interupting me every 30 seconds that the display settings for my game are not optimum, and suggesting new ones...unfortunately this crappy game does no let me set my refresh rate...

is there a patch that will fix this (let me change the refresh rate...not fix my monitor, I'm already downloading the latest driver for it, but I think the option should be in game, no?)

alright, new drivers for the monitor worked...although I still wish I could change the refresh rate and other stuff...I really don't feel as though the graphics are acceptable in this game considering when it was made...let the flaming begin...
