I've talked to the dark elf woman and I didn't realize til afterwards that I shouldn't have asked anyone about her. (OK I feel stupid) What do I do to get her to tell me about that guy I need to find?
Also after I finish that quest do I get promoted to Ringleader?

By dark elf woman do you mean Arvama or whatever her name is in the Elven Nations Cornerclub? She won't tell you anything except that she never talked to Nads. The bartender will tell you (you might have to persuade her to get this information) that Nads lives (or now, lived) in the St Delyn's Canton. I can't remember the exact house but if you persuade the barkeep she'll tell you the right place.
And for the Ringleader question, you probably will get promoted, because I think you have to be Captain before you get Stacey quests.. Hm.. depends if you've done any Bal Molagmer (Mogalmer?) quests.

I've done the Thieves Guild quests a lot, so I pretty much know them by heart. >_<
