Missing Mission??

On the back of the box the game came in, it shows the player talking to a girl with a cowboy hat. Looks like they're in Confessions in DownTown. From what you can read, she wants you to get a pearl for her. I've looked all over Confessions and been through the Walkthru looking for info on this quest. 2nd time through the game. 1st time male Ventrue (missed quite a few things), 2nd time female Tremere. Is this something for another clan or something that got left out before final production? Any help is appreciated.

The quest was removed from the game prior to release.

No idea. I guess they just felt the quest wasn't up to snuff, or, perhaps, it was something that they didn't have time to complete. It is bizarre that it would end up on the back of the box, though.
