Just bought TOB

Now I have a game running and I'm in the Underdark should I start over to get the best out of TOB ???

Why would you? Define "best out of." Do you powerplay, and are you looking to grab every single best item, etc?

Just enjoy the game, and stop worrying.

hmm my question was meant as do I get the whole story, plot when I'm this far in the game, will I miss something ?? not item wise that's not so important.

The manual states that you can enter Watcher's Keep from chapters 2, 3 & 6 is this the only new location ??

I agree with fable.
You'll not miss anything.....and you'll be able to access Watcher's even in ToB.
If you are romancing, your romance will continue.

Hello Vertigom,
Watcher's Keep is the only SOA new area of ToB - the rest occurs AFTER the finale of SoA !!
So you can happily go to loot the Keep as soon as you'll have left the Underdark (chapter 6), end SoA and will then be able to "start" ToB from your Final save.
That's what I'm doing (I'm in Watcher's Keep).
