Dump Jaheira, Keldorn and Aerie, give Immy the staff and pick up a warrior. Preferably Sarevok if you have ToB, otherwise anyone will do.
Jaheira and Aerie will just steal xp from you, making you level slower, and Keldorn will hack Vic to pieces if you keep him. Alternatively you can get rid of Vic instead, keep Keldorn cause of Carso, skip sarevok and get a healer of some kind... or just don't bother as they aren't necessary.
Thus, making your party look like:
Main char
Sarevok
Imoen
Viconia
or
Main char
Keldorn
Imoen
Cernd/Anomen/whoever can heal. Aerie might work but you don't need more mages.
I'd go with the above as Sarevok, Imoen and Vic is everything you need to get a hell of a party. In case of playing evil rogue you can pick up Edwin, skip Immy and get *the* evil party.

I don't need to worry about Vicky and Keldron. I have found a most perfect way to have them calm...I agree about Jaheira but I have her just of curiosity: for the romance , but I have a great use of Aerie...even it seems unbeliveble
And how about main character? I am little bit worry of his AC. Any advices? I wonder cause I use him most of all...he is realy naughsty

Wouldn't some elven armor be better? If he now keeps Aerie, I think the Robe fits her nice as insta-casted healing spells works miracles now and then.
Just out of curiosity: How do you make Keldorn and Vic get along and why are you asking about suggestions on your party when you obviously aren't going to change anyone?
I'm getting an annoying feeling that it is for bragging, and well... I'm sure most here have soloed characters that would take care of that party without breaking a sweat.

my party was:
me
keldorn
viconia
valygar or imoen
nalia
sarevok
dont ask why.
j/k....i used nalia as a meat shield and to see if there were any traps in the area, simply moving her into the red box and watching her die is pleasent. viconia is cool becuz shes a drow and she brings up interesting conversations throughout the game. i have keldorn becuz hes useful at times. i obviously have sarevok becuz he messes stuff up in combat and can soak a few hits for the team. and i eather use valygar or imoen on occasion. imoen is too whiny but useful, valygar is chill but not as useful (sometimes). so there.

I like your party, all casters. That's how I play a lot too. No real thief though, I would probably substitute Jan in there because I like having one. But Jan has his own downsides - it takes a lot of work to make it worth trying to backstab anyone with him and his HP is very low. The only thief I've had that I truly liked was when my PC has thief abilities.
As for your main character, fighter/mages will not generally have as good an AC as real fighters for obvious reasons. But, since they can cast Blur, Mirror Image, Stoneskin, Luck (just kidding ), Tenser's etc., it all evens out. You could set your PC up with some good bracers and a ring of protection +2 or cloak +2, or the Ring of Gaxx, that will bring down basic AC if you don't have that already. Fighter/Mages can also wear a helmet, the Helm of Balduran lowers AC 1 I believe. If that's not enough you could equip a shield, fighter mages can use shields fine as can Aerie.
That should be fine to get a good AC low enough for standard skirmishes. Then, when you get into a serious fight, use the spells above to give you the edge. Stoneskin is basically an instant cast, so just watch the stoneskin icon on the character portrait and the second it disappears, recast. It always works even when people are right there attacking you. Blur and Mirror Image are a little slower, you need a few steps unless you use a sequencer.
There's some mage spells that are near useless for mages but great for fighter/mages, one is Tenser's, one is Fireshield Blue or Red, another is Vampiric Touch - I am really getting into this spell. You could try messing around with those a bit. Tenser's doesn't lower your AC, but since you get double your Hit Points you usually come out of it better off than when you started.
When you can cast them you can use Mislead and Simulacrum to great effect as well. Your simulacra can take the heat for you.

Currently playing this party :
PC - Swashbuckler/Fighter (Dual Class)
- LOW ac! (-4 AC from Swashy, and can use almost every armors (Full Plates included.
- Good Thac0 (+4 Thac0 from Swashy helps him, since he's a little low-level as a Fighter) Decent HP (somewhere arround 100)
Viconia - Cleric
- Best healer IMO
- Her natural Magic Resistance is really good!
- Charm liches? COOL!
Korgan
- Best tank ever...
Edwin
- LOTS of spells... and good ones!
--------------------------------------
NOTE : I will add those characters soon...
YouKnowWho (ToB-only)
- Great damage-dealer with Halberds
- Lots of HP!
Tsujatha
- Evil elven mage (necromancer) ... he seems as good as Edwin, but with no illusion spells (lol, like I needed illusions!)
--------------------------------------
This is a really good (evil?) party up to now..killing most foes really fast. I often send Korgan alone to do the dirty work (with Stonefire and Frostreaver) ... he's an amazing tank! He killed 100% of the monsters from De'Arnise and Astral Prison : That's amazing... killing TorGal and the Master of Thrall by himself... alone... at lvl 13!.

yah, Korgan is a great tank - I love the 2 axes elemental damage set up on him too. Plus the Berserker rage is incredible and makes him immune to almost everything - he can kill Kangaxx alone if he has a high-enchantment weapon. I don't really use "a fighter" anymore, but the evil party with Korgan, evil TOB NPC guy, Viconia, Edwin and your PC (I used a half-orc F/T and added Haer Dalis) is an incredible party to play.
Actually speaking of evil, I am trying a 2 member party with Viconia (changed to M/C) and the PC, a chaotic evil elven F/M/T. The idea is that they are evil elf assassin girls hunting Irenicus because he separated them. I dunno. Anway, I wanted to try some different spells, so they are using lots of vampiric touches and stuff, lightning instead of fireballs, lots of holds and confusion, and web/spiders/free action.
It's going pretty well so far, I did the slaver quest and got the thieves' guild stronghold and Lilacor, now they are going to try D'Arnise or Trademeet. I'm a little scared of the finale at D'arnise, I don't think my girls are tough enough yet.
The tactics have been working well and it's a nice change from what I've done before - like in Mae-var's guild, my PC stealthed into Mae-Var's gang in the basement, with a fire-shield blue up, hasted, and prot from electricity, and backstabbed one of the archers. Meanwhile, Viconia cast greater malison on the group from down the hall. The second the malison hit, my PC fired the wand of lightning, sending 6 bolts of lightning ricocheting every direction in the little basement. Viconia cast a hold, then next round a confusion, while my PC kept hacking them up and shot the lightning again. The malison is good with lightning or fireballs because less enemies will make their save for half-damage.
So by the end of the third round, they were all dead except for two guys who were confused, malisoned, and badly injured....not bad
With a two person party, experience goes up quickly but they don't have very much money or good equipment yet, since I am not exploiting any potion of master thievery deals and their reputation is a little low. My PC actually is still using a nonmagical weapon some of the time (nonmagical katana for backstabbing). Can't wait to get Celestial Fury.
has anyone played a two person party much? I get too lonely soloing, and I think the mechanics of the game work well for two - you have lead and support.

Don't worry about your main caster's AC, since AC is useless later in the game (and especially in TOB) anyways. Cast stone skin and/or mirror image + protection from magical weapons to protect yourself from physical damage. Cast improved invisibility and spell immunity: divination and/or spell immunity: abjuration to be nearly invincible against spells.
Robe of Venca is ofcourse, the best possible equipment you can have. It saves you a hell lot of casting time in the mist of combat.
If you have TOB, you'll later discover that Improved Alarcrity + fighter special abilities (only available to fighter/mages) wack asses!

There is no "Best party", but your is a good party.
Don't follow those that suggest to dump Aerie and Jaheira, those are two of the most powerful char. around: Aerie with sequencers/contingency/timestop with cleric spells (triple implosion!!!, timestop+harm!!!); Jaheira can fight well, has good buffs and has Insect plague+nature beauty (not counting elementals etc.)!!
Maybe Viconia is a bit redundant having already 2 divine casters, but she is good anyway.
You are a little weak in equipement: for your mages you need Vecna, robe of the Archimage and Bladesinger.
For Keldorn there must be something better than a plain +2 full plate (his personal armour is much better), comes to mind Fire dragon scale.
As for weaponry give the SoM to Imoen (who is already using a bow) and give Aerie sling of Everard, a mace (MoD for NPP) and a schield (schield of Harmony is great).
Also to Vicky give her a better schield (Dragon schield, schield of reflection, Sentinel +4 etc.) and a better weapon (FoA, the mace from her personal quest, Crom).
Finally for your PC, Use CF and another weapon off hand (belm/kundane for extra attacs, Equalizer/arbane for protections, Dakkon Zerth for AC and spells, DoE for defense). Keep Daystar in one unused weapon slot, so you can still cast Sunray.
