Waiting on Jaheira

Meronia finally visited my party a while ago and took Jaheira away, and since then I've done the Sir Sarles quest, which required me to rest for a full day to wait for the alloy. I want to get Jaheira back before I do any major quests, but she doesn't seem to want to come back. Any idea how long it should take?

I can’t remember the names of the Harpers so Meronia eludes me at this point. But there are two occurrences that force her to leave. One, she rejoins your party after you sleep. The other a certain individual hands you a note after she leaves and tells you to report to the Harpers building.

My guess would be to either return to the Harpers building and she’ll be waiting outside, or rest outside. It’s possible she only returns once you’ve slept outside. For some reason a few (meaning sleep outside multiple times if you have Jaheria in your party) of Jaheria’s triggers require you to sleep outside. If you try both of these I feel confident you’ll get Jaheria back.

Nope. None of that did the trick. I tried resting in an inn, resting outside, I went to the harper stronghold, tried resting there, even tried just standing around for a half hour. She just doesn't come back.

Have you tried pausing the game for a good while? I know that it helps with the dialougs (sp?); so maybe it'll help here.

Also- I got to that part a little while ago, and had no problems. Could be a bug. Maybe a patch'll help?
