Key to the Sewerns

Post by Thrifalas »

When you want the Hammer of Thunderbolts, you need to have the key to the sewerns to get to it. The thing is, i've *always* already possessed that item when going for the hammer, so I never figured where it came from.

Thing is, now, I dont have it. So, anyone care to tell me where I can find it? :)

*Spoiler*
You get it from Tazok, the mage you have to fight in order to free Garren's child in Firkraag's dungeon

Seriously? Wow... I never knew I'd visit that place so much, didn't feel that way. Well, might go and pick up ol' Nicy Swordo since I get UAI in about 30.000 exp =)

Tazok is actually an ogre warrior, the same one who ran the bandit camp in Baldur's Gate. The mage is a different person who you encounter later in the dungeon. But yes, that is where you get the sewer key as I recall.

Funny, I thought I (or you, or we, or whoever) killed Tazok in the final battle with Sarevok?

I just took him out last night and you're right, he does say that. ;) Though he never explained how he came back from the dead.
Also, (I know this is a seperate issue), but I also killed Firkraag. :D No cheats. I'm still feeling a bit high on that.

Which is pretty funny as Sarevok surely could slay Firkraag with ease if played/equipped right. Too bad he never got the chance to try. :/
