Crusader Quest

Has anyone done the Crusader quest? It says to defeat an ancient evil in the vale of ruin. Ive found the portal and the temple of draeoth and looked all around and cant find anything. Anyone got any tips?

Check the second outlet from the top in the northeast section of the Vale of Ruin. You'll know it when you run into Horveccus the Ancient

I was looking for him as well, I went back inside the castle to see if I missed something, and low and behold who should appear as I rounded a corner..... Elder Fathian who I already killed in his own castle, so I was thinking maybe he was the ancient Evil, well now I know he's not. thanks.
