How do I get into Theives Guild?

Is it possible for me to gain entrance into the thieves guild without being a thief I want to kill the guy working the door. lol

Well it may or may not be a guild but its that place in Fargrove where the door has a slit in the middle and the guy asks for the password, By the Magic shop kinda in one of the allys.

You need to bail the guy out of jail. The GameBanshee walkthrough is far enough along that it covers this.
