I want to be good at persuading and bluffing, picking locks (more than pick poketing) able to spot things around me, and stealthy. Are there any other skill other than those? If so I want to change a few.

Alright, there's skills that each class is good at, and one's each class is prohibited from, and skills each class can take, but it costs twice as much to use. If you wanted to be sneaky and pick lock's, you'd have to sacrifice power as a wizard to do that. Would you still want to?

Your list of skills you're "good at" is

*Concentration (keeps you from screwing up spells in battle),
*Craft (making items, different "Craft: "whatever" skills for different things, like Craft: Weaponsmithing )
*Decipher Script (Lets you read obscure languages)
*Knowledge: (Same as Craft but with knowledge, Knowledge: Arcane gives you knowledge on magic, Knowledge: Religion for religion, Knowledge: Nature, etc.)
*Profession (Like Craft and Knowledge, but you know a trade to make money with. If you get Craft: Weaponsmith, you could take Profession: Blacksmith and use the two to work and make money in a town if need be.)
*Spellcraft (Skill allows you to know what kind of spells are being cast around you by looking at who is casting them, is important for countering spells, gives bonuses to saving against harmful spells, and is imporatant for making new spells)

Also, if you join that Order of High sorcery, you have to sacrifice three "schools of magic" to specialize in the thing you choose to, in your case Necromancy. You could not join and be a sorcerer if you wanted too, just figured I'd let you choose. Sorcerer's have a limited amount of spells they can know, not like wizard's, don't have to memorize any spells, and you wouldn't have to be Lawful like if you joined the Black Robes and follow their rules. There's benefits with the specialization though, order secret's and what not.

I'll take the two out and replace them with Decipher script and spellcraft. And sure I'll join the order, if I can.

Alright, and just for a reference, a lot of the game system is what the Star Wars games are based off of if your familiar with that more.

I'll do up a character, if you have question's about it, ask and maybe your first adventure could be the two of you going to your "Test" together so you can join or something. Then again, I'd have to remove a few levels and redo your characters for that...hmm. I could just write a story up or something, or actually you two could do back stories for your characters if you wanted.

Just make me a mage, a mage that casts offensive magic. Could you make me a character for that. That way you could write us both a story. A party of mages?

You want to be a mage too? I could do that, any specialties you can think of? What kind of magic did you want to be using and good, neutral or evil?

If you join up with the Order of High Sorcery like Darth here's the breakdown of "schools of magic" and robe orders.

White (Good): Divination (Information gathering) and Abjuration (Protection)

Red (Neutral): Transmutation (Altering people and objects) and Illusion

Black (Evil): Necromancy and Enchantment

You have to specialize in one of your order's schools, and give up three others outside the group [Including Conjuration (summoning) and Evocation (spells like Fireball...creating stuff of out magic basically)].

Yeah, if you were neutral evil, you'd have to join the Black Robes. You could be Chaotic Neutral and join the Red Robes and be the kind of mage you want. You'd compliment Darth's character pretty well with different spells.

Also, what kind of familiar would you two want? One that can scout for you, one that can disarm traps, or one that can fight?

Ok, and what races did you want to be?

Human, gnome, elf, dwarf, halfling, Draconian?

Yep, they've got races in here called Draconians. There's a few types, you'd have to deal with the weaker one's. They aren't really fit for spellcasting at all, although, if you wanted to start out as a 1st level wizard, but a powerful race, you could be one of the spellcasting Draconians. They were made from Good dragon eggs which were corrupted by dark magic's to be soldiers for an evil army. Might be right down your alley really.

Each race has it's advantages and drawbacks and what-not. If you seem interested in one I could give you a description.

Well, you could go with Bozak Draconian. As a first level character, you'd be as strong as say, if Blake's human wizard was level 8th level. They're sorcerer's/fighter's by nature and have special abilities. If you decided to pick to be a sorcerer instead of a wizard, your levels of sorcerer would stack with your natural spellcasting (at start your effectively an 5th level sorcerer, with better fighting ability than an 8th level sorcerer). You'd have spell resistance, look like a half dragon-half man (two-legged, wings, scales, dragon shaped head, claws tail, etc.), have natural weapons (claws, bite, tail slap), could glide with your wings.
