Bloodmoon Ristaag

I have a question concerning the Ristaag quest. I have just killed the spirit bear, have taken the heart and spoken with Long Tooth. That all went well. Now i`m supposed to take the heart to Wind-Eye the shaman, but i cant find him anywhere near the village?

Is this a bug/glitch? Is he supposed to move? if so, where is he now? I have tried to replay the Ristaag quest, but i still cant find the guy. Any help would be welcome

Thanks for the reply. I tried the RA command, and i can actually see the actors resetting, just no shaman in sight

. He is supposed to be in the Skaal village right?

I have a savegame from the moment right after i got his assigment for the Rigstaag. I had just found Long Tooth and companions. I went straight to the village from there on, and Wind-Eye is allready missing there. Even with the reset actors command.

I havent got a clue what to do next. I really dont feel like replaying 4-5 hours or so. Serves me right for not using more save slots i guess....

If I remeber correctly he should be on the shore of the frozen lake close to Thirsk.
