What do you think is the best item in the game?

I believe Marara's Ring is very good (constanteffect: reflect 20 + fortify acrobatics 10 + resist normal weapons 40)

The necromancer's amulet, owned by the current Archmage. Definitely worth having, and since the puffed-up idiot is willing to challenge anybody who looks like a threat to his power, why not grab it when the opportunity arises?

I think that the Ice Blade of the Monarch is the best weapon/item (value-95000, monarch's dirge enchantment, and its maximum damage is 50. Definetely a weapon to have for the main quest.
