help in dragons eye...(spoiler)

Alright.. I'm in level four of dragon's eye, on the second day. King Luther walked over to the embassy, and is now looking at it. He won't attack it. I have tried leaving Dragon's Eye, restarting the game, killing Luther(bad idea), and just about everything else. I just need to get Jasper to Pyros's domain, but he won't leave the embassy. BTW, it says the embassy was destroyed.. but the embassy looks like is hasn't been scratched.

If anyone knows a solution to this, or has a save game from day 3, I would really appreciate any help I could get.
