fast menu doesn't work

Do you mean you can't assign hotkeys?

This worked for me: Just open up your inventory and then press 1-8 when you have the mouse over the potion or spell you want to assign to a number.

I had a problem with fast menu where it didn't allow me to change spells etc. It cleared up itself after my next save. good luck. D

i was using the number pad keys beside the arrow keys and not the number keys on top, thanks for your help.
