DUDE, Nice. Very nice. I will install the game again soon and HOPE that this one lives up to it's promises. Thanks for the info.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

* Gameplay tweak: Random monster drops adjusted slightly.
* Gameplay tweak: Locust spell has been slightly reduced in damage and no longer "jumps" over distances.
* Gameplay tweak: Samurai/Imperial armor bonus strike/parry changed to +1 per item.
* Added feature: SaveGame thumbnail images.
* Bug fix: Junk inventory operates correctly now allowing players to keep duplicates of the 18 most valuable items.
* Bug fix: Potions of Power working correctly.
* Bug fix: Rare cases of automatically equipped items which can't be removed.
* Bug fix: Occasional Volgar double-speech at end game fixed.
* Bug fix: Quest characters now remain in the world if the player runs away and enters another scene.
* Bug fix: Monster summons can no longer get stuck in terrain or walls in the Demon Realm.
* Bug fix: NPCs (Elderon, Morgus, Valkyra) should no longer get stuck in
* objects if blocked in their path.
Doesn't look like they fixed a bunch of the "Bugs"... Just added the map and a few other tweaks .. Oh well I'll give it a go when I get off work. Also someone that has tried this, does the character customization work now?
Does anyone know if there is a reason that they don't make the patches available as zip files? I have dial-up, and it is going to take 4 hours for the 1.3 patch to download.
They never do that. But I understand the frustration since I also have to wait 4 hours with my crappy with 56kbps dialup.

Disappointing
Im very disappointed in this patch, because most of the problems aren't fixed yet. Heraldy still doesn't work, most of the skills aren't working(steal, scout, indentify...), there are still a lot of unfinished spells(there aren't any new spells) like arrow of baal...(especially rune magic, because there are only about 6 types of rune magic available)
The worst thing is : I waited so long for what?...NOTHING!
At least they got the junk, and the map working...

I am sorry, but I have just experienced how stuped these people_developers are - they just removed the outlook option at the begining; at the end - haha, the relic-ring does not protect you from the magic of the final boss - if that is called an ajustment (sigh). I will call it a "Vicious circle" - correct one bug with another one! Really stupid, all waiting for nothing!

If you were to take all the files from the executable that you downloaded (the patch) then zipped them you wouldn't actually see much of a file size difference. Not to mention zip only helps when multiple files are in question..> With a patch they try to dummy proof it. By using one executable that extracts itself in each folder that it needs to be in it ensures that people don't have problems placing each updated file in the correct folder.
