Is there a weapon that can reduce your enemy's saving throws?

Hi, does anyone know if there's a weapon in the game that can reduce your enemy's saving throws upon being hit?

Not that I can see. There are several that have effects that must be saved against at a penalty (such as the Silver Sword's vorpal ability with a save vs Death at -2) but I assume you mean something like the spell Greater Malison which actually lowers all saves for a period of time?

Carsomyr or the Staff of the Magi will dispel magic, which might have the indirect effect of lowering saves that were artificially increased by some buffing spell, but I don't think that is quite what you are looking for.

Blackrazor with his lvl drain; Answerer lowers magic res 15% per hit + -2 penalty to AC; Soul Reaver - -2 to THACO; Kachiko's Wakizashi - -2 wis per hit; That's all I know.

I believe it is included in one of the bonus merchants weapon selection.

Right, but her Wakazashi is actually found anyways...don't remember if it's Deidre or Joluv who carries it, but definitely one of the bonus merchants (actually, it's always been my assumption that her character is based on the Wakazashi's existence, but that might just be me).
