I have a few small questions.
1. I've downloaded the patch but I cant do the lily quest is there something else i need to do?
2. I've talked to that person in the Red Dragon Resturaunt, but i cant find the elevator she mentioned. Also how much seduction is needed for the girl in there?
3. I was looking through the screenshots on this site and found one that had Jeannete and VV together, what quest is that and when does it happen?
4. Is it possible to release Heather after getting the Body Armor?

1) No answer. Never had a problem with it.
2) After you talk to her, she will press a concealed button, and the elevator will appear concealed in the wall to your right.
3) Apparrently a scene that never made it into release.
4) I don't think so. You get her life or the armor, not both.

1. What have you done already in terms of the "Thin Blood" quest? It's possible you are missing a step in its completion.
2. see yrth's post.
3. There's no in game scene with the 2 of them together (with the possible exception of the opening trial sequence. I believe Therese and VV are both in that). Link the screen shot you are referring to. I was unable to find one.

I am in Chinatown and thanks to the people who posted I've done the Kikinapped quest.

That screenshot must be from a scene that never made it into release (the other notorious one is the pearl quest you see a screen shot of on the back of the box). I'm not sure if that's actually VV in th background or not, however. Regardless, the scene doesnt' actually occur in the game (at least not in any way that I've heard of.)
Chances are, if you're already to Chinatown, the Lilly quest is no longer available to you. I'm relatively sure that it's not available by the time you pick up VV's quests (which cause many of the thin bloods to leave). My guess is that the quest isn't available after progressing beyond Santa Monica, either.

I think the one bathing is Misti (the lap dancer you can get a suck of in the game). Another argument in favour of this being a shot from an earlier phase in development is that Jeannette in this shot resembles the prelimenary sketches more than Jeannette as she appears in the game.
