SPOILER-HOTU chapter 2 Golems

Does anyone know how to script or enable the golem parts needed for golem making machine? I have a lvl 1 sorc/7-RDD which usually is enough to enable the wizardly quests/items, but I am unable to find any of the golem parts.

I think there is a minimum level of arcane spellcaster (sorc, wiz, not including bard) that you need. I would guess 10 levels or so.
