Paper Dolls from BG1

Is there anyway to use the paper dolls from BG I?

I really dislike the fact that all of the BG II dolls have "golden epaulettes" or shoulderpads whatever... they look lame.

Can you change the color at least? Multi-classed mages with golden shoulder pads suck.

I tried Shadow Keeper... same dolls, same shoulder pads...

Well, not exactly what you are looking for I don't think, but pressing CTRL 6 and 7 lets you change the image. Be careful, it has crash the game.
