Need help with missing Bloodmoon NPC *possible spoiler*

I have just killed the spirit bear for the skaal and have returned to the village to present it to the shamen, but he is not there!
I have tried using the console to reset all the actors positions but he still does not appear where I saw him last...
Can someone give me his id so I can summon him to me as I keep failing the hunt because of this

Try looking at the lake or talking to the chieftain.

Well he is not at the lake and I was told by the guy leading the hunt to return to the village and give wind-eye the heart.

And I cannot speak to the chieftain as at this point in the story he has been taken by werewolves already...

Thanks for the reply though... but can someone please post the shamans ID so I can just port him to me?

im playing this on the xbox yet after the werewolf attack i cure myself but the shamen is nowhere and the skall plebs say he is in his hut or wandering .wandering where?
